From Start to Finish: Activating and Completing Tasks with ADHD
Learn actionable strategies to overcome procrastination and inertia, common challenges with ADHD. This session will explore techniques like breaking tasks into manageable steps, using external accountability, and creating momentum through rewards and motivation hacks, ensuring that personal trainers not only start tasks but also see them through to completion with success.
