ADHD does not begin when youâre 5 years old and end when youâre 16 years old. Itâs a life-long condition.
Youâve always known you could do more - you can feel it. Thereâs a drive in you that never quite goes away.
But life with ADHD can make every day feel like youâre pushing through mud.
Some days youâre full of energy and ideas. Other days, even simple things, like replying to an email, getting started on a task, remembering what you were meant to do next, can feel like climbing a mountain. You work hard, care deeply, and give your all, but still find yourself asking, âWhy canât I just keep it together?â The word you might use (often) is âRIDICULOUSâ because thatâs how it feels. Youâre an intelligent person, so why are the straightforward things in life so difficult, leave you feeling overwhelmed, and ultimately, exhausted?
Itâs not because youâre lazy or lack willpower. Itâs because your brain is wired differently, and no one ever gave you the manual for how to work with it.

Itâs Time To Get Your Life Moving
In The Right Direction!
INTRODUCING...
Still Meâą
Why has the Still Me Programme been developed?
Most adults with ADHD get a diagnosis, maybe start medication, and are then left to figure out the rest on their own. Thatâs where life often becomes overwhelming again, because knowing what ADHD is doesnât mean you know how to live with it. The Still Meâą ADHD Coaching Programme was created for this exact moment, when youâre ready to stop surviving and start thriving. Developed and delivered by Gordon Brown, CEO of ADHD Direct, this six-module coaching journey gives you the tools and understanding you need to manage ADHD in real life, at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
How Still Meâą Helps
You donât need to become someone new to find success. You just need a clear path - one that makes sense for your brain. Through the Still Meâą programme, youâll:
- Learn how ADHD really works and why it affects your focus, motivation, and emotions
- Discover Zonal Transitioning©, a practical way to manage how you move between different types of tasks
- Use SEDDRA© (Small, Easy, Doable, Done, Repeat Approach) to build habits that stick
- Develop healthier routines, regulate emotions, and care for your brain and body
-
Create a Still Me Life Plan - a realistic structure for the life you want to live

What Each Week Covers
Week 1. Programme Introduction and Understanding ADHD in Adult Life
The first session introduces participants to the programme and establishes the foundations for the weeks ahead.
The session begins with an overview of the programme structure and what participants can expect during the six weeks. Participants are then invited to introduce themselves and briefly share what led them to join the programme.
The session explores the nature of ADHD in adult life, including how ADHD affects attention, motivation, organisation, and emotional regulation. Participants begin to understand why everyday tasks can feel more difficult despite having the ability and intention to complete them.
The session concludes with participants identifying areas of life where ADHD has the greatest impact and setting personal goals for the programme.
Week 2. Introducing ADHD, Zonal Transitioning©, and the SEDDRA© Model
In the second session participants are introduced to two key frameworks used throughout the programme.
The concept of ADHD and Zonal Transitioning© explores how adults with ADHD often move between three types of activities: routine activities, important activities, and interesting activities. Participants learn why transitions between these zones can be difficult and how this affects behaviour.
The session also introduces the SEDDRA© model (Small, Easy, Doable, Done, Repeat Approach), which provides a practical method for building habits and initiating behavioural change through small, manageable steps.
Participants begin to consider how these frameworks apply to their own lives.
Week 3. Implementing the First Steps: Applying SEDDRA and Managing Zonal Transitions
The third session focuses on early implementation of the ideas introduced in the previous week.
Participants review their experiences of attempting to apply SEDDRA and observe patterns in their behaviour during the week.
The session explores practical ways of identifying tasks that can be broken down into small, manageable actions and examines the barriers that often prevent task initiation.
Participants also discuss real-life examples of difficulty transitioning between routine, important, and interesting activities, and explore strategies for managing these transitions more effectively.
Week 4. Understanding Motivation and Overcoming Task Initiation Difficulties
This session explores one of the most common challenges experienced by adults with ADHD: difficulty starting tasks.
Participants learn about how motivation works in ADHD and why many people find it easier to engage with tasks that are interesting, urgent, or novel.
The session examines the psychological and behavioural barriers that contribute to procrastination and avoidance. Participants explore practical strategies for reducing resistance to tasks and increasing the likelihood of getting started.
The focus is on applying simple approaches that support consistent action even when motivation is low.
Week 5. Developing Sustainable Routines and Managing Daily Responsibilities
In this session participants explore how small behavioural changes can be developed into sustainable routines.
The discussion focuses on why routines often break down for adults with ADHD and how unrealistic expectations can lead to frustration and abandonment of new habits.
Participants learn how to apply the SEDDRA model to everyday routines and how small, repeatable actions can gradually lead to meaningful change.
The session also explores practical strategies for managing daily responsibilities, maintaining organisation, and reducing the feeling of being overwhelmed.
Week 6. Consolidation, Reflection, and Maintaining Progress
The final session focuses on helping participants consolidate what they have learned throughout the programme.
Participants reflect on the strategies they have begun implementing and consider which approaches have worked best for them.
The session revisits the key frameworks introduced during the programme and explores how participants can continue applying them in the future.
Participants leave the programme with a clearer understanding of their ADHD and a practical plan for maintaining the changes they have started to develop.
